REACH REGULATION
The REACH Regulation (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals)
REACH is a regulation on the registration, evaluation, authorization and restrictions of chemical substances since June 1, 2007. The objective is to ensure a high level of protection of human health and the environment against the risks posed by chemicals.
The CLP Regulation (Classification, Labelling and Packaging)
The CLP stems from the REACH regulation. It defines the oblogations classification, labelling and packaging of dangerous substances.
